Beyond Quantum Healing Hypnosis
Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is a holistic healing modality that combines various spiritual, metaphysical and hypnosis techniques to facilitate healing and self-discovery. We use a combination of regression therapy, guided imagery, and intuition to help individuals explore their subconscious mind, access higher states of consciousness and promote healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Beyond Quantum Healing is a type of hypnosis that allows a healing sacred space to open that gives individuals a safe space to delve into the deeper questions around:

connecting to one's spirit guides and learning more about their soul's journey.
Each session is guided by your higher self through a relaxing hypnosis where you bypass the analytical mind and connect with aspects of yourself that have much wisdom to unlock your full potential.

The beauty with BQH is that sessions can be done online over Zoom as well as in person if you are in the Twin Cities area.
​
For online sessions you'll need to make sure that you have a stable internet connection, a headset with a microphone, a space where you will be undisturbed for a few hours, and a comfortable and supportive chair or bed where you can relax.
​
Each session lasts up to 3.5 hours and are recorded for you to revisit.

Preparation prior to your session:

You are encouraged to consider a list of questions that you'd like to explore

Practice with a few relaxation and visualization videos that will be shared with you upon registration.

Prepare your space and make plans for a babysitter and to let those who live with you know that you will need a few hours of undisturbed time.

Have a glass of water nearby and a notebook

After the session:

You will gently return to waking awareness.

You may feel like you've had a very relaxing spa experience, a rejuvenating nap, or a new level of peace.

It's recommended to allow yourself some time after the session to integrate and ground with nurturing food and some time outside.
