Where Stillness Remembers
About Me

Elle Sara GradinšÄ‡ak
Midwife of Thresholds | Steward of Stillness | Witness of Return
I am not here to guide you. I am here to walk beside you.
As you remember who you are beneath the noise, the programming, and the pain.
My path began in the heartland of Minnesota, born into a high-control religious group that I left at thirteen.
But it would take another two decades before I fully understood the depth of that conditioning.
The unraveling of that system became the doorway into everything that followed:
a journey through psychology, ancestral memory, trauma work, nervous system healing, and deep somatic restoration.
At thirty-three, after a season of grief and quiet despair, I experienced a spontaneous spiritual awakening that changed everything.
It wasn’t transcendent. It was rooted. It brought me into my body, into breath, into presence.
It showed me that remembrance doesn’t live in belief systems.
It lives in the stillness beneath them.
Over the years, I’ve become many things:
– A traditional midwife and doula
– A mother of three, with two born at home
– A hospice volunteer, bearing witness at life’s other threshold
– A University of Minnesota graduate with a BA in Psychology
– A conscious plant medicine guide
– A Reiki and energy practitioner
– A pilgrim who lived out of a rooftop tent for four months, listening only to intuition, the wind, and the land
But titles do not define the work. Presence does.
My calling is to hold space. Clear, unentangled, and resonant for others to remember themselves.
I work not as a healer, but as a mirror.
Not to fix, but to witness.
Not from hierarchy, but from humility.
If you feel resonance, it’s because something ancient in you is already responding.
The field is already open. The remembering has already begun.
Welcome to Kamenna Ora.
